Contoured pad lifts and separates metatarsals to relieve neuroma, ball-of-foot pain and calluses. Midfoot compression helps relieve heel, arch and bunion pain. The PediFix Arch Support Bandage with Metatarsal Pad is interchangeable for right or left foot. Sizing is based on Arch Circumference. Small fits narrow feet, 19cm arch circumference; Medium fits average width feet, 21cm arch circumference; Large fits wide feet, 23cm arch circumference.
